Rita Marley signed for The Soulettes a contract to perform inside the american Guantanamo Military Base, in Cuba.

The contract was about 6 concerts, with also the 'In Crowd' band, Bobby Williams signed for them.

The main goal was to perform for the jamaicans who were working at the base, about 1.900 persons.
